Co-Owner
Master's degree, licensed DR, Florida REALTOR, and raising the next generation of entrepreneurs and outdoorsmen.Our Co-Founder helped launch PERCPRO in 2020 and brings a powerhouse of experience with him. Holding an M.S. in Soil, Water and Environmental Science, a Licensed DR since 2010, a Licensed Installer since 2021, and ten years in algae biotechnology — he understands the science behind the work at a level few can match. He's also a Florida REALTOR, rounding out a skill set that is as broad as it is deep. Together with his co-founder, he is intentional about teaching their three children the ins and outs of running a business and sharing his love of spearfishing, duck hunting, and alligator hunting — building the next generation of PERCPRO one adventure at a time.
Co Owner
Co-founded a company, raising three kids, and still finds time to chase fish in the deep blue. Our Co-Founder helped launch PERCPRO in 2020 and hasn't slowed down since. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an active portfolio in real estate investing, she brings a sharp, caring, and driven perspective to everything PERCPRO does. A devoted mom of three, an avid deep-water angler, and a hunter — she leads with the same passion and grit she brings to every adventure.
Permit Specialist
Our Permit Specialist brings a background in visual arts and AutoCAD drafting to the PERCPRO team. She plays an important role in coordinating permitting and supporting the design process, helping ensure projects move smoothly through regulatory requirements. She combines creativity with technical precision, contributing to accurate documentation and efficient project workflows. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she is a valuable communicator across our team and client base. Outside of work, she is passionate about travel, enjoys spending time exploring nature, and serves as a paramedic — bringing the same dedication and care to her community that she brings to every project at PERCPRO.
Project Coordinator
With a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering, our Drafting Project Coordinator brings a sharp analytical mind and deep technical expertise to every project at PERCPRO. From AutoCAD drafting to project management and system design, she guides projects seamlessly from concept through completion with precision and care. Outside of work, she's always seeking the next adventure — and gives back to the community through her art, supporting local animal shelter auctions.
Field Operator II
Licensed Installer and DR in training brings over five years of experience entirely within PERCPRO. He combines a rare skill set — reading soils, designing systems, drafting plans, and leading installations — making him one of the most well-rounded members of our team. Off the clock, he's happiest outdoors — hunting or fishing whenever he can.

He takes real pride in making sure every system runs properly and efficiently — and in supporting PERCPRO's mission of protecting homeowners and the environment through responsible onsite wastewater practices. When the workday is done, family time is where you'll find him.

Our Administrative Coordinator is the organizational backbone of PERCPRO. She manages scheduling, client communications, reporting, and documentation with precision and care.
