BODIE DRAKE - OWNER
William M "Bodie" Drake II co-founded PERCPRO in 2020. He has been a Licensed Designated Representative (DR) since 2010 and Installer since 2021. He has a M.S. in Soil, Water and Environmental Science and worked 10 years at a Algae Biotech company before co-founding PERCPRO. He is also a Florida REALTOR. When not working he enjoys spearfishing, duck hunting and Alligator hunting, with family of 5 and friends.
JESSIE DRAKE - OWNER
Jessie Drake co-founded PERCPRO in 2020. She is a nurse by trade with BS of Nursing. Jessie has been assisting septic designers since 1997. She is mom to 3 amazing children. She is an active Real Estate Investor and entrepreneur. Jessie loves pelagic fishing in deep blue waters and hunting.

With multiple years of experience in construction and crew leadership, he brings a strong work ethic, practical expertise, and a positive attitude to every job site. Shannon is known for bringing joy and energy wherever he goes, making him a valued member of the PERCPRO team.

Kris is a licensed septic installer and DR in training at PERCPRO. He brings valuable field experience and is known for his strategic, focused approach to getting the job done. With a calm and composed presence, Kris consistently delivers high-quality work and remains a steady, reliable force on any project
Annette- Administrative Assistant
Annette is an essential part of the PERCPRO team, providing professional administrative support that keeps our projects and operations on track. She oversees scheduling, manages client communications, prepares reports, and ensures all documentation is accurate and timely. With a strong background in organization and office coordination, Annette is committed to efficiency and reliability, helping bridge the gap between our field crews and office operations so projects run smoothly from start to finish.
She also brings joy and positivity to the workplace every day, uplifting those around her with her cheerful spirit. Outside of work, Annette loves to sing, and her enthusiasm and energy carry into everything she does at PERCPRO.
