PERCPRO Terms and Conditions

1. IntroductionWelcome to PERCPRO! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our septic system design and installation services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2.SMS Consent Communication:

• The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes

3. Service Provision 

PERCPRO agrees to provide septic system design and installation services ("Services") in accordance with professional standards. Our Services include, but are not limited to, consultation, design, installation, maintenance, and repair of septic systems.

• Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

7. Opt-In Method:

• You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from [Company Name] in the following ways:

8. Opt-Out Method:

12. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for PERCPRO to perform the Services and to update such information promptly as necessary. Users also agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations applicable to the use and installation of septic systems.

13. Payment Terms

Payment for Services must be made in accordance with the pricing agreement specified at the time of service confirmation. PERCPRO may require a deposit prior to the commencement of any Services. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise negotiated.

14. Cancellation and Refunds

Users may cancel services within a specified period prior to the scheduled service date. If a user cancels services after this period or fails to provide access to the property as agreed, PERCPRO may charge a cancellation fee as detailed in the service agreement.

15. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the design and documentation of the septic systems, including but not limited to plans, drawings, and technical specifications, remain the property of PERCPRO unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Warranty and Liability

PERCPRO warrants that the services will be provided using reasonable care and skill. Any claim under this warranty must be made within 30 days after service completion. PERCPRO is not liable for any damage or defects due to materials provided by the user or third parties, or due to misuse of the installed system.

17. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first seek resolution through negotiation and mediation. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Springdale, Arkansas for Arkansas clients and Naples, Florida for Florida clients Arbitration Association.

18. Amendments 

PERCPRO reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on the PERCPRO website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
